Working on the Inside – for people who want to work with more intention and clarity in supporting others to live their own lives.
Working on the Inside workshop is a chance for people to explore some of the fundamental aspects of who we are and what we bring to our work and our relationships. Working on the Inside was published by The Centre for Welfare Reform – check out the paper in Food for the Soul. It is also featured as module for Open Future Learning.
Working on the Inside will be challenging and enlightening, focusing on the profoundly simple, yet challenging personal approaches that are at play when we are supporting others. Kate’s approach is steeped in real relationships, real practice and a genuine commitment to develop community and welfare approaches that empower people who use them and those who work in them.
