Kate is Bright Souls founder and Managing Director. Kate has an extensive history working across Human Services working in a variety of roles including Executive Manager, Business Development Manager and for many years Kate worked as a Senior Consultant for the national training and development agency Paradigm.
Kate has a keen interest in social innovation – supporting people to create and lead solutions that support people to contribute to their communities in a way that makes sense. Kate is a recognized Fellow of The Centre for Welfare Reform.
Kate is a Brain Based Coach supported by the Neuroleadership Institute and coaches people to reach their potential in their professional and personal lives.
Kate has published many articles and discussion papers examining the role of human services and its developing self directed agenda over the last few years.
Kate is currently based in Perth, Western Australia supporting many organisations in Human Services to respond to the National Disability Insurance Agency and the Consumer Directed Care approach.
Kate currently delivers a range of consultancy, coaching and training to support people and organisations to deliver contemporary services.
